How to remove/conquer Fear.

  1. Know the things you fear: Fear is always of the unknown. When you don't know a thing properly and you just imagine it, your imagination can come into play and this is where fear creeps in.
  2. Don't constantly think of you thing you fear: When you keep on thinking about what you fear, it creates a phobia, which is a lot worse than normal fear.
  3. Do the things you fear: Unless you are willing to take a chance and expose yourself to the thing you are afraid of,you will have no chance of overcoming fear.To overcome fear, you will have to take the risk which you have been avoiding all through and finally do the very thing you are afraid of.
  4. Don't identify yourself with the dangers: You have to observe your fear from a distance like a spectator.See them coming to you and passing away instead of coming to you directly.
  5. Fear exists in the Past and the Future only. It can't exist in the Present. The present is only for happening things.
